School Visits

I would love to visit your school. My rates are the standard which are available on the Australian Society of Authors website. These fees are negotiable. You can contact me on jodie@jodiebrownlee.com.

In my one hour session I talk about the power of the imagination. We generate ideas by playing the 'what if' game, look at the plot of a recent movie, discover the power of detail, and learn how to build suspense by using a concept called 'the ticking clock'. There is a short reading from my latest book and time for Q&A and book signing.

The half day workshops are flexible and explore various aspects of writing which are reinforced with exercises.
